Tony Dobson, CPT, a Houston-area personal trainer and nutrition specialist remains dedicated to helping his clients attain their personal fitness goals through nutritional guidance and customized fitness routines. He takes great pride in mapping out unique fitness plans that are specially personalized for each client’s end goal. Tony is certified by the National Federation of Personal Trainers (NFPT) and has more than ten years of fitness and personal training experience. In addition, his nutritional guidance and innovative training techniques ensure fast results for anyone seeking a more enjoyable fitness state of mind. Tony's clients include a mix of local celebrities, students, corporate professionals, men and women.
Tony is a graduate of Texas State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sports Science. In addition to his educational pursuits, he always had a keen interest in health and wellness. Current certifications include NFPT (National Federation of Personal Trainers), NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), TRX Suspension Training, and Kettlebell.
